Upcoming LWML (Faithful Friends) Events at St. Luke

Faithful Friends invites all women in the congregation to participate with the group.  Whether you can only make meetings once in a while, or if you can participate more often, we would love to have you join us to build each other up and talk about how we can encourage others. 

 Upcoming events include the following: Monthly Meeting: Monday, August 11 at 6:30 pm.

2025 YOUTH NIGHTS

We hope to see your tweens and teens at our bi-monthly Youth Nights!  All Sunday youth nights will run from 5 pm - 7 pm, unless otherwise indicated. We partner with Trinity Lutheran Conklin, and Grace Lutheran Coopersville teens.  Your kids are most welcome, and encouraged to invite their friends.

ANNUAL COMMUNITY PICNIC: Hosted by St. Luke Lutheran Church

Sunday, August 10, noon – 3 pm

Our annual Community Picnic is an opportunity for members, their families, friends, and the greater community to gather together for good food, games, entertainment, and fun! We encourage you to invite your family, friends, and area neighbors!!  This event is FREE and all are welcome!

Games and entertainment include face painting, bounce house, balloon twisting, games and prizes.

Our meal includes pulled pork, mac n cheese, pasta salad, green salad, potato salad, watermelon, and ice cream.

The Care Cabinet, our community food and hygiene/cleaning products resource, needs your help! Each donation you give enters your name to win prizes. Please help us to FILL THE CARE CABINET!

Events like this require many hands to make it a success. If you are able to donate items for door or game prizes, help set up or tear down tables and chairs, or to make and donate desserts, please contact our office, or Keri Meister directly. 


CARE CABINET

St. Luke offers shelf-stable food and health / hygiene / cleaning supplies to the greater Nunica community. Located in the main entry of the church (on 2nd Street), the Care Cabinet is open 24/7.  

Our Care Cabinet is 100% donation-driven.  Please, shop intentionally for those items that you NEED.  This resource is community-funded, so your donations are crucial!!  Resources are needed more than ever.
